The service provided by the staff included being charged in advance upon arrival but portrayed them as first-class hosts, sharing a historic account of their families from WWII, Poland, settling in northern Israel, and branching out to America. The location was exceptional and provided easy access to the sought-after attractions like the Golan Heights, the Huleh Valley Reserve, and the Banias Nature Reserve. The dining experience was average, with some disappointing elements like old salad and what appeared to be rotten fish in the morning in a noisy dining hall, although homemade rolls were a redeeming factor. The facilities offered were good overall.
